From 1998 to 1999 he served as President of Tejas Natural
Gas Liquids, LLC, then an affiliate of Shell, and from 1997 to 1998 he
was President of Marketing and Trading for Mapco, Inc. From 1972 to 1996,
he held a variety of positions with The Dow Chemical Company, including
Vice President, Feedstocks.

Teague was elected Executive Vice President of the General Partner in
November 1999.
